How To Use Gmail Keyboard Shortcuts And Themes Effectively

Google known to most web users as a search engine all so provides other interesting functions that is most appreciated by most users. Among the various applications that is developed by google is the Gmail.

Gmail provide lots of storage spaces for the user which means that you can store your document and still have enough space for your mails and other files.



 Most Gmail users do not know how to use this service for their own benefit that can save time and improve proficiency. I will be discussing with you on some of the things you can find in Gmail that you will appreciate alot.

 There are host of themes you can select from to improve the looks when you log in to your account. To select from these themes all you have to do is to:

•  Log into your Gmail account
• Go settings

          A click on settings will display a menu

• Scroll down to themes, click on it and select from either Color themes, HD themes or Classic themes.

To use keyboard shortcuts in Gmail you have to  turn it on.

From the image above, instead of making a click on the theme, you have to do that on settings.  Here you are going to enable other functions as you so pleased.

 The shortcuts will begin to highlight from the  inbox.
