Just after couple of hours of the release of Vine its popularity has labeled it as the "Instagram for videos". Twitter users have started sharing short clips of kids, food, stop-motion drawings, and even of pups.
Although, Vine is only available for iOS, Twitter has promised the app will also be soon released for other platforms like Android.

Step 1: Your videos are public. No matter what.
There is no provision for privacy. Instagram, or even Twitter, allows user to set profile to "private." However, it is not the case with Vine. It doesn't give a way to keep out users. Anything one posts on Vine is made public and can be seen and shared by all and sundry.
Step 2: Use tags to take advantage of the Explore section.
Proceed to the Explore section in the Vine app. One may see there that the discovery and curation are built around tags. Choose the hashtags and then you will see a feed of videos.
Don't be tied up only to the tags that Vine has included in the explore section. You can search for and tag your videos with whatever you feel appropriate. You may upload videos and then relevant tags so that the videos are discovered with ease.
