How to add Live Tiles to home screen
Its simple process. You can easily add Live Tiles to the home screen of your Nokia Lumia 920. Each of the Live Tile is a shortcut to the functionality of an application and widget. First swipe from left-to-right on the home screen to open the app library. With this you can scroll down too the Live Tiles and tap an arrow icon that is pointing towards right.
Now find the app that you want to bring to the home screen. After getting it, tap and hold on it and tap 'pin to start'. That's all. Now the app icon will appear on the home screen as a Live Tile.
How to move the Live Tiles, resize those and also unpin
First, for moving the Live Tiles you need to press and hold the chosen Live Tile in the home screen and it will result it to pop out and go darker. After this drag it and drop wherever you wish to taking your finger off the screen.
You can resize the Live Tiles by just tapping on the arrow icon that is found in the extreme bottom and right-hand corner. You only have the option of three sizes. Also, do note that all the apps are not available in the pre-defined three sizes of the Live Tiles. Well, you keep tapping the arrow and different sizes will be displayed in cycle and a pointer will show whether it will shrink or expand in the next tap.
If you want to 'unpin' any Live Tile then tap on the top right corner of the icon. It will be done. The app will be removed from the Live Tile on the home screen.
