BlackBerry Q10 getting strong sales in UK, Canada: Analyst

BlackBerry Q10 yesterday passed the Pentagon authorization and now report comes the handset is selling well in the U.K. and Canada market. Well, it is really a good news for all the old fans of BlackBerry who once believed the brand is a status symbol and found texting as well as emailing very easy with its QWERTY keyboard.

BlackBerry Q10 runs on the latest BlackBerry 10 operating system. In the latest OS lineup this smartphone is the first to have a physical QWERTY keypad.


According to Jefferies' analyst Peter Misek, BlackBerry Q10 is having a strong hold in the U.K. and Canada mobile market. People are once again liking the BlackBerry product and buying it.

He also said, "Based on our store checks, the BlackBerry Q10 has been selling extremely well and has been sold out or seeing limited availability in Toronto and across the U.K."

BlackBerry Q10 was launched just last week and analysts have given strong review about the phone. It is also the best in the market for those who are diehard fans of QWERTY keypads. It is also best for those users who are texting and emailing addicts.

For those of you who are not diehard fans of QWERTY keypads, there's BlackBerry Z10 smartphone in the market.
